Special gases are basically classified into inert gases, flammable gases and corrosive gases. In addition to being inert gases, these special gases are almost all toxic gases. The bulk gases we represent include: Ar, He, and special gases: SiH4, DCS, TCS, BF3, PH3, AsH3, GeF4, Co2, N2O and other gases.
 
We provides a variety of applied cooperation methods, which are flexible and meet customer needs efficiently. We provide suitable gas container types and distribution methods according to customer needs. (packaging material) :
